« For work, I had to stay for 15 days, and everything was excellent. Bernard is a perfect 7, always attentive and caring. He even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the airport like an Uber service. Beautiful apartment with all the described amenities. Quiet at night. No noise. Good internet. Washer and kitchen in excellent condition. Nearby, there’s everything: supermarket, bakery, and the center of Lanús is a 10-minute walk away. Excellent apartment.»

Two large TVs. Modern, quiet air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony with grill. High-speed internet and a comfortable desk and chair. Coded door. The place is modern and quiet in a secure building. There's a convenience store 100 meters away and a main avenue with all kinds of shops 3 blocks away. Highly recommended.

« Bernard is a truly kind person who personally helped us settle in and provided everything, including soap and toilet paper. Clean, high-quality cotton sheets (not fake). Two large TVs with YouTube. 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. No power outages. Two modern, quiet, and powerful hot/cold air conditioners. Quiet location and quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is separated from the living room by two doors. All you hear at night in the bedroom are the birds singing. A large, quiet new refrigerator, a new automatic washing machine, and a powerful new microwave. A full set of cooking utensils and pots. The bathtub is almost new, as are the toilet and bidet. A nice, modern shower with a long enough hose. The water is not chlorinated and leaves no residue. We didn't see a single cockroach the entire month. Quite inexpensive supermarkets (compared to those in downtown Buenos Aires) are nearby, the nearest one a 1-minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Bernard! »
