“Bernard is a really pleasant person who personally helped us settle in and provided everything, even soap and toilet paper. The bedding was clean and made of high-quality cotton (not a cheap imitation). Two large TVs with YouTube. 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. No power outages. Two modern air conditioners with heating and cooling, quiet and powerful. Quiet place and neighborhood. The bedroom is separated from the living room by two doors; at night, all you hear are birds singing. Large, new, and quiet refrigerator; new automatic washing machine; powerful and modern microwave. Complete set of pots and kitchen utensils. Bathtub is almost new, as are the toilet and bidet. Modern shower with a comfortable showerhead and a long enough hose. The water is not chlorinated and leaves no residue. We didn’t see a single cockroach during the entire month. There are quite affordable supermarkets (compared to those in central Buenos Aires), and the nearest one is just a one-minute walk away. Thank you for such a pleasant stay, Bernard!”
