Cancellation and refund policy

By making a reservation, both the host and guest acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions described above, including the cancellation and refund policy.

The host is not responsible for interruptions resulting from external circumstances beyond its control (utility outages, external noise, public works, weather conditions, etc.).
The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure, security issues, or inability to accommodate. In this case, the guest will be fully refunded.
Guests must respect the house rules and use the accommodation appropriately and responsibly.
Any serious breach of the rules may result in expulsion without refund.
The conditions may be supplemented or adapted depending on the booking platform used (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, etc.).

Cancellation and refund Policy

We want to offer our guests a clear and fair policy, inspired by Airbnb standards, that allows them to plan their trip with peace of mind while ensuring the availability of our accommodation.

Free cancellation within 24 hours after booking : If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, you will receive a full refund, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will entitle you to a full refund of the amount paid (excluding possible platform fees).
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival : If the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be issued. The total amount of the reservation will be retained.
No-show : If you do not show up on the check-in date and have not cancelled in advance, no refund will be granted.
Exceptional circumstances : In cases of force majeure (serious medical issues, government restrictions, unforeseen major events), we commit to reviewing each request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the documentation provided and the booking platform’s policies.
