Terms and Conditions

1. Object of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Owner/Host (hereinafter, “the Host”) and the Guest (hereinafter, “the Guest”) regarding the temporary rental of the property described in the Booking.

2. Booking and Payment

The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, according to the agreed conditions. The Guest agrees to pay the rental amount within the established deadlines. In case of cancellation by the Guest, the applicable cancellation policies (flexible, moderate, strict, etc.) communicated at the time of booking will apply.

3. Security Deposit

The Host may request a security deposit, the amount and method of payment of which will be communicated in advance. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the property or missing items.

4. Use of the Property

The property is rented exclusively for temporary residential use and may not be used for commercial purposes, parties, or illegal activities. The number of occupants may not exceed the number indicated in the booking. The Guest agrees to comply with the house rules and co-ownership regulations (if applicable).

5. Guest Responsibility

The Guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused to the property or its contents during the stay. The Guest agrees to immediately inform the Host of any incident. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring during the stay.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be provided at the time of booking. Early arrivals or late departures must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the policies provided at the time of booking. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), alternatives for rescheduling or partial refund will be considered.

8. House Rules

Smoking inside the property is not allowed unless expressly indicated. Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized by the Host. An appropriate noise level must be maintained, respecting neighbors.

9. Grounds for Eviction

The Host may terminate the Guest’s stay immediately, without refund, in case of serious breach of the Terms and Conditions, intentional damage to the property, or illegal or dangerous activities.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country or jurisdiction where the property is located.
